  • Yes, move all browsers to chromium and give google absolute and total dominion of the internet.

    What a fucking brilliant idea.

Problem isnt browsers, anyway. Problem is adobe locking their bullshit behind subscriptions and DRM instead of just being able to buy it and own it like you used to.

  • 100% agree.

All accusations are confessions, and quite possibly the biggest of them all is their calling everyone welfare queens.. When republicans rely on federal welfare to keep states above water so they can continue to convince those very same idiots that welfare bad and federal gubmint bad.

If its so bad, turn the faucet off and let them see how bad it really is under republican rule.

  • Crypto has garnered that reputation, because thats all it is. Since its inception. Its never been anything but.. Anyone who thinks otherwise were just people who fell for the scam.

Its nothing but a MLM for idiot techies who think they are smart, but would totally pick up a USB drive in the parking lot and plug it into a critical system to find out whats on it.

  • I dont have one. I currently use ubuntu, but i'm quickly getting fed up to the point that only thing preventing me from changing distros is im to lazy to sniff out all the shit i need to back up

  • Its not the governments job to make up for absent parenting.

If you dont want your kids seeing things or doing shit online, its your job to monitor them and talk to them about it.

Stop throwing your kids a tablet and expecting that to be the fuckin parent.

  • Matress stores.

Never see anyone in them, never see anyone in the parking lot, and every time i've ever gone in there was one person working there who acted surprised as hell someone came in.

and yet they are always expanding and building more locations

  • I've gotten my glasses at Walmart for years.

May not be as cheap as those online places, but at least they have glasses that dont look like they belong on a chainsmoking grandmother in the 1970s, lol.

Also, what really sold me on Walmart is that a couple times while traveling I had an accident with my glasses..took them to the local wal-mart and they fixed them without issue, just asked "You got these from walmart?" and "Would you say you got them in the past few years?"

Yep to both, and they go into the back, fix them, give'm back, no charge and i go about my business being able to see again.

  • Yep.

Crypto is nothing but a scam that the lowest common denominators are constantly fooled into thinking its their get rich quick method, only to be shocked when they lose all their money.

Anyone involved in crypto is a scam.

anyone pushing crypto is either a scammer or a brainless moron.

Any company or group sneakily putting crypto in their shit deserves to be burned to the ground, metaphorically speaking, and the ashes pissed in .

  • Yep, those that dont know, you are not assigned a seat, you are assigned a boarding group, thats determined by how quickly you log in and get your ticket like the day before the flight. Faster you do it, the higher your boarding group. Also the sooner you do it, the higher your boarding group.

So they'll do like, IIRC, business passengers and people with disabilities/injuries (like broken legs on crutches/wheelchair stuff) first, then group A, then Group B, etc.

Group A is preem boarding, choom. HIgh chance of sitting in the front row with all the leg room, and if not that..at least in one of the first couple rows so you can GTFO the plan fast when it lands.

  • Windows 7.

It was the peak of windows.

It was slick. It was fast. It was stable, and it was super easy to use. Never had a single problem with it, and unlike past windows OS's it didnt require regular reformats to clean house for stability.

Unfortunately its dead now, and Microsoft abandoned that approach and switched to a slow burn approach at walled gardening.

I use Linux now, have been for years, because I saw where microsoft was going when Win10 was in previews, and there was no way I was going to be part of it.. So I jumped ship as soon as EoL was announced for Win 7
