  • Have you seen how wool is actually collected?

Yes, in a shearing shed and not on youtube.

It is not violent when done correctly, and the best shearers in the industry who can smoothly and quickly sheer a sheep without injury are highly sought after.

  • Seems like he got a reality check right as he was starting to get into the sov cit nonsense.

The wife is probably in too far at this point and seems like she’s not firing on all cylinders.

Some of the commentary was a bit harsh, as it’s clear the man has been misled, and unfortunately even some clever people fall into these traps when they’re desperate.

Really though if the vehicle was registered and she had a valid licence… why the fuck wasn’t she driving?

  • The old hags in the fucking HR department at one place I worked were the most racist sexist pieces of shit I have ever had the displeasure of being within earshot of.

Any group is capable of making a workplace toxic.

  • whoever was the genius who thought it was a good idea to read things ONE F*CKING BYTE AT A TIME with system calls for each byte should be retroactively aborted

He really does have a point here...

  • For those downvoting, Linus Torvalds earned around $650k USD last year, solely from his work on Linux and not including any speaking gigs.

He's not Bill Gates rich but Linus is very well off.

  • Article 5

The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defence recognized by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the North Atlantic area.

Any such armed attack and all measures taken as a result thereof shall immediately be reported to the Security Council. Such measures shall be terminated when the Security Council has taken the measures necessary to restore and maintain international peace and security.”

As far as mutual defence treaties go Article 5 is worded very strongly and any nation failing to provide assistance to a member nation would find itself a pariah.

The chances that an article 5 event involving Russia doesn’t trigger full scale war are slim to none.

  • I used one word in error.

Wrong as I have already clearly stated.

Carbon... which doesn’t fit nicely into the known laws of physics

This is complete and utter bullshit and the fact you don't understand this is really damning.

    Remember the actual question?

What’s a carbon dust shell and why’s that cool?

Carbon is well understood and behaves as expected. Science can and has explained why those carbon dust shells are present in the JWST image.

So you didn't address the question, you were wrong, and you've continued arguing about it because that's what morons spreading misinformation do.

  • You could have just said you don't know why those carbon rings are there or even (the horror) kept quiet.

Instead you posted bullshit and got called out.

I don't care beyond telling you that you are full of shit and should know when to shut up.
