  • I would like to be notified if another mod has already addressed a report. As it stands now, we each get a report notification on web, but if they address it before I even check to see it, then the notification disappears. I think having modlog notifications could solve this as another way.

Also, I would like to be notified of all removed content. A user can post rule breaking content and then remove it themselves before a report can be created or a mod can see it.

  • My guess is this will be a hybrid VR headset that can play games standalone a la the quest, as well as via PC via tether or wireless.

I don't really want a steam deck refresh if there is no performance improvement tbh.

That being said, 8"+ 1080p HDR screen with more nits would be nice. Maybe some dual stage/adaptive triggers.

  • Yeah, one post and links to the different comment sections below it

  • Try ankiweb.net or the ankidroid android app to download flashcards for all sorts of things. Basically users make custom decks and you can download them for your own use or even make your own.

  • Right. Where are the corresponding articles about human drivers that have blocked ambulances due to ineptitude? I'm sure we won't find them, but I'm sure it happens more often than we think.

This is just like reporting of Tesla crashes and fires by the media. It makes it seem like a big deal, but only because regular vehicle crashes and explosions are so frequent they just don't get reported. I've personally seen several cars on fire on the side of the road, and just a few weeks ago saw a car rollover crash on the highway. None of these ever made the local news.

  • Is there an opportunity to just leave it vacant until the next election if it were to happen? Curious if he could potentially pull a reverse-Garland on them.

  • If this was PS5/PS4 streaming but with the ability to play PS3/2/1 games locally, it would kill for $200. And they wouldn't fracture the PS5 development base, which they are obviously afraid of doing.

Hell, even some modern indie games that don't use the full PS5 horsepower could have potentially make a PSPortal version for on-the-go gaming.

  • Adding moonlight support for PC streaming would be cool. And for $100 I would buy this just for shits.

  • Maybe grouping these communities into a list and then linking to them manually for users to click though and sub would be a good idea.

  • How does this handle cases where no subscribers from an instance have subscribed to an external community yet? Other migration tools I have used require these to be added manually. Does yours automate this process?

Edit: any plans to add to FDroid?

  • I really only see this being good for kids or if you are packing seriously light and want a couple extra controllers for the strangers on the plane next to you.

  • Why are the back buttons on the right controller aligned horizontally while the left controller back buttons are aligned vertically?

Also there are two side bottoms shown as well. I'd love to see a demo of this in action.

  • Depends on the type of community. I am the PS5 community creator. There is constant news available for discussions but you have to be consistent and patient. For other types of communities it is probably harder to even generate content. It helps to make friends with other mods also if your community has "neighbors" so to speak. For me that would be other console communities and gaming communities.

If you're gonna start something like c/birdswitharms you're probably gonna have a harder time gaining traction.
