Our whole government has decided Trump can do these things. Republicans follow him like a cult leader, but democrats stand by and open doors for him.

And if the same thing happens when Trump runs again in 2028 what will be the difference?

I'm sure Spongebob has received write in votes before. That doesn't make him a legal candidate.

How long ago would someone have said that about "if the president ignores a ruling of the Supreme Court in order to deport American citizens without due process"?
Or "If people in plain clothes claim to be Federal agents and grab people off the street without badges or warrants"?

I'll never see how so many think Trump is one of the smartest people in any room.

Mix that in with a 'Just World Fallacy' (Good people succeeded and bad People fail. Therefore anyone who has as much wealth and power as Trump must be a good person worth listening to) and you have the people who support Trump.

Trump provided China an excellent excuse to start a trade war and look like the heroes while doing it. This is absolutely Trump's fault, but China has no reason to not take full advantage of it.

Why the fuck is the US making offers to Ukraine for peace? Shouldn't Russia be doing that?

I open my door, the warning goes off, and I say "thank you car." It's better for me mental well being than saying "oh fuck."

I thank my car when it alerts me that I left the lights on or my keys in the ignition. I'm not anthropomorphizing my car, I'm practicing appreciation for the benefits my tools provide.
