New Mint user here, it's dope and I love it. Windows soon to be VM.

I'm currently testing my game library before I relegate windows to a cage, some teething issues as I expected but I'll get through it.

I will absolutely poke windows with a stick, preferably a pointy, barbed wire wrapped one.

I had the same idea while I was setting up my dual-boot.

That's exactly what I've gone and done.

Needless to say I've not been woken up @2-4am when the PC powers itself up and sends the fans to infinity/turning all the lights on.

Fuck windows to the moon, now I just gotta figure out why steam only launches stuff 50% of the time.

I started my second playthrough before even completing my first (due to PC upgrades) and I'm still having a great time.

See that's just the thing, I pay for media that's worthwhile, especially from the smaller folks out there. Marvel, disney, Blizzard etc. Can suck my left nut, their shit isnt worth the pixels they render it on.

I pirate as much as the next bloke, but also buy multiple copies of some games because I enjoy them so much, or to get friends to play. I'm looking at you terraria...

I've just done exactly that, now dual booted with Linux mint, once I iron out the (specifically my) kinks, win10 will get put in a VM for emergencies.
