I read the full section, which is about right of way. It is consist with my prior statement. The summary you provided is the one that states that drivers have the right of way on red lights under certain conditions.

I'm in favor of prioritizing safety, but if right on red is permitted, then it's not optional. Just like going on green is not optional. Once you determine that you have the right of way you are expected to take it. This makes you predictable and safe.

Other drivers should be giving you a reasonable amount of time to determine your right of way though. You are also supposed to come to a full stop which should technically take about 3 seconds.

I switched to personal capital years ago because of the better UI compared to mint. Linking to other accounts also seemed to work better. Empower bought them a few years ago, but hasn't enshittified the site much yet. I would still recommend trying it. The service is free, but they will try to bug you from time to time to change your investments.

Space is big, really big. On average there are thousands of kilometers between asteroids. Between the larger ones I'm seeing estimates if 100,000 kilometers between them. Earth is 12756 kilometers in diameter.

If humanity gets to a point where it can support a population as large as you are suggesting, then we can probably deal with space junk in the asteroid belt. Also we can just go "over" it.

Try laying the wires across a piece of tape to help keep them aligned. Painters tape or a narrow strip of duct tape should work. Striping back just the right length actually makes it easier for me since the wires can't move around as much.

You could always use a different launcher to do this. I like Nova Launcher, but there are lots of good options.
