This is really one step away from, "It's not embezzling if you award money to a non-profit you have full control over."

I think it should be up to the Democratic caucus then the State has to have a referendum on whether or not he stays.

Not sure if this is sarcasm. HAM can be part of the solution but I don't know if the technology is nearly as easy to use or accessible as a cellphone. Phones do have drawbacks of course, like tracking, but the Signal for one, does have an API so you could potentially use its network for messaging.

Pros and cons on the app store thing. Microsoft may curate a bit more but I think it's inherently more dangerous. A malicious Windows app probably doesn't have as many hurdles to get the necessary access to take over your system or otherwise cause trouble. To my knowledge, flatpaks can't run with root permissions unless you executed as root (i.e. enter your password). Seeing that pop up should be way more of a red flag than seeing the "elevate permissions" pop up on Windows.

Arnold was, and every time Biden opens his mouth it sounds more and more like he fed us to the wolves.

Their decision making abilities aren't also fully developed and I can guarantee more prisoners will be harmed or killed when an 18yo guard feels threatened.

As far as I'm concerned he's this century's Benedict Arnold. He didn't push when Trump broke the norms during transition, he didn't push when an insurrectionist walked free, he didn't get the fuck out of the way like he promised, he didn't read project 2025 and try to shore up any government agencies or educate employees on how to resist his tactics, he didn't order any recounts or audits, and he didn't leverage any of his new "King powers" to either stop the transfer of power or force Congress' hand to limit Presidential power. He's the poster child for how NOT to fight fascism.
