The main goal is to stop people from dying with hopes of making the stopping of the dying permanent. Considering Russia wants all of Ukraine and Ukraine obviously doesn't want to be taken over by Russia, there isn't much middle ground to build upon a ceasefire.

The best way to ensure peace is to give Ukraine the tools they need to repel the invader. Secondary tariffs on anyone helping Russia is certainly helpful in repelling the invader.

A lighthouse uses the same lens, just with the light coming from the inside. Since this is old knowledge, what is the drawback? Why isn't this widespread?

My completely uninformed guess:

• The lens and assembly costs too much compared to just more solar panels
• The lens/panel combo is so bulky/prone to failure it becomes unreasonable to actually install/use.

I found if the pot makes solid contact with the electric elements the electric can actually heat up water faster than gas. But if the bottom of your pan isn't flat or the element is warped, they are really, really, really slow.

My experience has been with gas (fast), electric resistive with exposed and warped elements (slow), electric resistive with a glass top (fastest).

It amazes me these game companies putting out game after game don't simply reassign these people to a future game. These are your seasoned veterans, they know how to do their job. Laying them off and picking up newbies just sets you up for a rocky future.

Had a look at Offbrand Games' games and none of them have recent review bombs. I really have no clue what PirateSoftware is talking about.

Smaller studios have been consistently putting out good games as of late anyway. Indy and AA studios have the freedom to make fun things instead of having to check every box on a spreadsheet.
