Exactly. I don’t trust any game publisher to invest the time and money into fixing ‘minor’ performance problems when people are still buying the game. As long as people continue to buy games that aren’t complete at launch we’ll continue to get games that aren’t complete.
Because it shouldn’t be released if it needs a disclaimer. People are fed up with half finished games being sold at full price with “promises” of fixes in the future
100% a top of the line cpu and gpu should not have problems running the game on max settings. It’s so weird seeing everyone defend a game with terrible performance if you want to exercise any of the graphics options
My dad used IE till the day it died, despite knowing that Chrome/Firefox was a better option. Some people just don’t want to change if they don’t have to.
Sometimes I wish I could give as few fucks about it all as they do.
They’re trying to shift the blame entirely to the pilot (who was primarily at fault) rather than their policies that allowed a pilot to fly on no sleep for 40 hours
Apparently it comes from a James Vowels debrief after one of the 2022 races. I don’t have a specific source since I can’t go listen to audio right now.
Because just as many people have had a complete opposite experience
When I tried Apex on Manjaro a few weeks back I saw a ~15% decrease in frames and major stutters.
A single system, running untested benchmarks and without any external validation from a trusted source doesn’t mean anything. Just like my experience with it isn’t universal, neither is either of yours.
I’ve tried dual booting multiple times over the last few years, but always end up with windows as the primary because restarting my computer 6+ times a day got so disruptive. Until the windows only software moves I’m going to be on Windows.
Mozilla used to be much smaller and did rely on some form of donations to continue development. That may not be the case today, but the option is still there for those who’d like to
This is my biggest gripe about Firefox. It keeps trying to recommend “Search with Amazon” instead of google search and a bunch of small little ads baked into the home landing page.
It’s none of Microsoft’s business if I’m using their web browser or not. They shouldn’t be blocking my use of another product just because I don’t like theirs.
They don’t care to try to be faster. They’ve said they’d rather be a tiny bit slower than their competitors rather than just as fast and making mistakes.
Considering that most of the time RB doesn’t make any more mistakes than them it might just be a BS excuse
Almost the entire eastern part of the state (minus Whitman county and a few others) is Red. It’s only west of the mountains that it’s primarily blue. The population ratio is massively in favor of west of the mountains though
Minecraft
Apex LegendsFactorio
Subnautica
Edit: I misread this as the most you’ve played. I’m high and stupid
