First time I tried pilk I went in pretty fucking skeptical. It actually works surprisingly well honestly think I like it more than plain pepsi. So while I'd say I'm pretty fucking skeptical about milkster too, I'd still try it
It's very amicable but we're also moving a fair distance away from each other. One of them also hates the carrier and screams like a dying banshee, pees all over himself, it's ugly
Not sure why you're getting down votes because this is the way. If you want something, be open and ask for consent. Just be okay with people saying no, too, and you're good
Almost my entire social circle including myself has gotten COVID in the last two months, independently from each other. It's seriously going around right now in my area. I still mask everywhere, work from home, and have a hand sanitizer station in my entry way. I still managed to catch it recently
I just had to split the cats in my divorce. Mine has been yowling in empty rooms and he's clearly showing signs of depression (not eating as much, sleeping more, etc). My ex's has apparently been searching the new house for days and gets sad when he can't find me or my cat. They definitely have a sense of loss and vary in how they cope with it
My brother has been supportive of me being trans from day one. Like explicitly and openly supportive. His kid is trans and my brother is just not supportive of them at all. I don't get it he actively fights them on it. I don't get why he thinks it's okay to support me but then tell his kid they're not actually trans. There's something that some parents have where they refuse to see their kids in a different light than they expected
I made a spreadsheet where one column would timestamp each row when the task note column was edited. Then another column that just checks time between timestamps to tell me how long was spent on a task. Another column was used for formatting so I could quickly copy/paste everything into the system at the end of the day
I actually did this at my previous job. They wanted me to time track everything I did to the minute so I started adding time spent tracking my time. Boss hated it but couldn't really do anything to get me to stop
Yeah the only Starbucks in my area I'll go into is the reserve but that's because it's just really cool in there. If I want a busy environment that feels like a steampunk world then it's the place to be. Coffee there still sucks tho and even with the cool location I'm still only in there maybe a couple times a year
Only if the infrastructure is there tbh. Every time I get on my bike I have to make peace that I might just die that day because I can't hardly get out of my apartment before a car tries to hit me. And we even have bike lanes all over here they just aren't set up well. Tons of people don't want to do that even if the alternative is to sit in traffic for longer than it takes me to bike somewhere
I came out in between jobs but the level of respect and my assumed competence changed dramatically. My favorite was always me suggesting a solution, I get deer in headlights stares, a guy suggests the same thing and suddenly it's all the rage. Thankfully this never really happens in my current job but the sexism is for real in a lot of ways I didn't understand until transitioning
I agree completely, surgery is definitely not a requirement especially with how inaccessible it is for so many people. That logic doesn't seem to fly for the sister in question though so maybe an appeal to 'yeah but some trans people have earned it according to you' could get a foot in the door
Not just burgers, that seems to be the best food in general
