We know the FBI and CIA both have done work that had them funding sex work to "bring down" powerful people. We won't get a list because Epstien was part of some kind of carrot-stick style blackmail system. Look at who he rubbed elbows with. I don't know what government or group he worked for but his clients were likely just marks. He was just a pimp. His clients, tools.
