Arguably more famous as the host of the Crystal Maze than as a voice in Phineas and Ferb. But okay.
He was also Mr. Hand in Dark City.
It's almost as though actors play multiple roles in their lifetime.
- I fucking loved him as Mr. Hand. When he gets the John Murdoch memory upload he starts doing Rufus Sewell's mannerisms and it's honestly a little uncanny. Great performance.

- Oh of course, not to take that away from him. I just figured mentioning his performing role helped show the contrast.
  
  I mean, the mom from Adventures of Pete & Pete had a bit part as a newscaster in Frankenhooker. Actors get around.
Nice. The scenes where he just nods and smiles at Phineas and Ferb's inventions play a little differently in that context.

O'Brien identifies himself as third gender and uses he/him pronouns.
The citation for that is both illuminating and poorly done by 2013 standards, BBC has always sucked lol.
