Note the reclamation before the brackets. That's what tells clients to embed the picture.

AFAIK piefed doesn't support attaching images to comments, only posts. For comments, you have to have your image somewhere on the web and embed hyperlink it.

It's not just ER. Family medicine, dental, vision, full cancer treatment, palliative care... It's all free, including drugs, for every human, citizen or otherwise, legal or otherwise. There was a conscious decision not to restrict healthcare access and not to employ people to restrict access.

I think the goal is to use it for the concrete slabs that form the foundation of every building. So, no extra material added, but only applicable for new buildings. No extra rare earth mining needed either. I think it's pretty cool, and we should know about that possibility.

A "green" house could have that in the foundation and a solar roof and be nearly self sufficient.
