Almost all of you is food right now if you go try and hug a bear.

You hear it as a joke when you're young, but it's not til you're old that you realize "you are what you eat" is literal.
All of us are food all the time.
Literally all of you was either food/drink or oxygen from the air at some point—whether it was consumed by you or by your mother.

- I don't think so, more like you are built of nutrients you get from food you eat so technically you are the food you ate.
