I thought there was a weird mistrial and he got elt out, and now he's going to trial again.
He would have, but only the New York case was declared a mistrial. He's still convicted in California with a 16 year sentence. The New York case is being tried again, so hopefully he is convicted and the additional 20+ years are returned.
I hope someone gives him the advice that he should consider refusing treatment, given the fact that he won't live long enough to be a free man with or without the treatment. He's lived his life, and left his legacy, now he needs to leave this world.
