Well I'll give you this, you're really covering your bases. I didn't know there were this many gaming communities. Basically my entire front page is you posting this.

  You're missing out, it's actually a really fun game.
You should try and reach out to piratesoftware on twitch. He really enjoys these 2d platformers and it could be a huge boost to your sales. The game looks pretty sick btw.

I have a controller that doesnt have left/right joystick buttons so im down 2 buttons. Anyway to make it possible to play without them?
- You'll have access to fewer equipment slots over all but otherwise it should play just fine! I actually started building this with just a snes controller for fun. Game controls can be fully remapped as well <33

  Positives:
  I'm loving the music so far, really awesome chiptunes, great vibes. I love the fast paced movement and combat, and responsive controls. I'm not sure how much patience I'll have for the precision platforming, but it feels really well done.
  Suggestions:
  -Default controls for the controller weren't my favorite. It's great that customizing them is super easy. I'd suggest these for the defaults:
  -I noticed that the defaults for 'scroll right' and 'scroll left' weren't working with the right stick. I don't know if this could be because I changed the defaults, but setting up these two controls to the corrosponding d-pad buttons fixed it.
  -Replace the Reddit link with a Lemmy one instead?
