Ask Lemmy @lemmy.world cheese_greater @lemmy.world 11mo ago Whats some good music for a relaxing tea party?
What a crazy question. There is this 33 volume thick series where last 20 volumes are spent on tea parties. In the series there is an instrument modeled after bandura called harspiel that is often played on those tea parties. I have made a 2h+ bandura music compliation just to immerese myself more into the world of those tea parties. The series is called Ascendance of a Bookworm and there is whole instance dedicated to it.
When I have company I tend to play the Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo soundtracks or maybe Of Monsters And Men
Mark Sherman plays some great vibes charts. Interplay is great background music for a gathering.https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_mPjYXS447NpZbfSO4bSmHYgTx1Na_-CIo&si
I don't know what kind of tea parties you "throw", so to say. But here is a suggestion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eELH0ivexKAIf not this, some Erik Satie maybe?
