  • Yes, I did click through to the findings PDF and carefully looked at how the questions were worded.

  • For Israelis peace means not getting attacked any more by any of their neighbours.

  • No surprises there. It mostly shows that Israelis do not trust the Palestinian Authority, and who can blame them?

There's a lot of bad blood between them, but that does not mean they do not ultimately want a peaceful solution.

  • Do you have data that backs that up? Because I think most Israelis do want peace, if that means they no longer get attacked.

  • There certainly are Israelis who want to listen. But unfortunately Netanyahu does not.

  • If I can save them, then so can someone else, and I'm not really foreseeing their death, just a possibility. If my "gift" is as unreliable as that, I wouldn't call it foresight... So I would ignore it and go about my day.

  • "I don't regard Putin as a bad guy," he said.

Then you have lost your moral compass, and you out yourself as aligned with the axis of evil.

  • It doesn't have to be meat. You can eat eggs, cheese, and maybe fish? Salmon is my go-to. Milk products such as cream and yoghurt. Nuts! Maybe seafood, such as mussels, clams, crab, prawns?

  • "a conflict as bitter and complex as this"

Huh? How is it complex? It is very simple. Putin wants Russia to expand to regain its "former glory". Zelensky is not rolling over but defends his country. The West supports Ukraine to honour the Budapest Memorandum but also to have access to its resources. They are hesitant to send boots on the ground to prevent escalation.

  • Yes, there is evidence. Did you read the linked post?

I wouldn't have any problems with it if it were just free open source software. But they also offer paid services. Internationally they do that through their Latvian based subsidiary, obfuscating their origin. At home in Russia their suite is renamed R7-Office, which is a reference to the first ICBM with a nuclear warhead. The release imagery also depicts the release of a rocket that looks like the R-7.

Altogether pretty sus, if you ask me.

  • It doesn't matter what you think. These terms have been standardised and in use for decades.

  • I consider it an autocratic regime with strong fascist characteristics.

  • If you are referring to the Budapest Memorandum, the UK signed that as well.

  • I propose a deal. It could be known as the best deal ever! The US ramps up support of Ukraine, so they can finally beat Russia and get peace. Then invite Ukraine into NATO. This also forms a buffer for Europe against Russia. Then Europe will send you all the eggs you need, for free.

  • Yeah, that makes sense.

  • Hmm, maybe it doesn't matter and is more like speaking different languages. Ten finger typing and swiping are different skills anyway.
