  • Yes, it's an obvious reference to her looks. Lefty internet is not immune to sexism. It's easy to spot every time MTG or Lauren Bobert make the news. In 2016 sexism in some left spaces wasn't just allowed, it was enforced.

  • It's also great for cheap beef. You can throw a tri-tip or brisket in there and run it for literal days until you have meat as tender as the deli counter, while also being med-rare throughout.

  • They know that Trump is handing Democrats a silver bullet. Taking gifts from foreign governments is literally the textbook example, set by the founders, of what you can impeach a President for.

And the issue is simple, easy to understand, and likewise hard to defend.

I'm not saying they're worried about him being removed, but they're the ones who are going to have to go on CNN and defend this crap for three or four weeks of news cycles.

  • Every pepper head should know: Scoville ratings for hot-sauce are bullshit.

Most sauces simply list the Scoville number for the pepper in the sauce, and never actually get the sauce rated. This leads to people thinking they can tolerate much higher ratings than they can. And encouraging them to try stuff that will lead to a bad experience.

  • Conversation is hard for everyone, but some people play story mode while others get stuck on nightmare. Don't give up, every improvement will return a profit on your efforts.

I'm sorry people are jerks. Social mores are based on trivia and superstition. Don't internalize it as though it was an accurate reflection of your character.

  • Seems to me that soldiers taking other solders prisoner is widely considered fair play and not the same thing as kidnapping a civilian at a music festival.

It's impossible to read American coverage of Palestine without referencing Chomsky and Ermon's theory of the 'Five Filters' in media.

  • A paid version of Linux (almost) isn't a thing. You can buy the install media, you can donate to a foundation, or you can subscribe for support.

If you're paying for the software, it's not Linux or your being cheated. That's weird and I didn't know that.

  • If you want to keep your planes secret, maybe don't showcase them to the public?

I mean come on! this would be very different if they were filming operations at a military base and not a show put on by the goddamn military.
