Same I got hired for purchasing and I do a lot of heavy lifting with data analysis, BI reporting, forecasting, etc. I also designed and implemented warehouse and fulfillment ops, drive our truck to shuttle inventory between warehouses, handle all of our SaaS integration. I don't want to complain because I'm doing okay financially but good lord I should be getting paid so much more.

We did this at target. I had 5 hourly managers under me, 4 were amazing and went above and beyond every day and 1 that was complete ass. I was assigned a number of ratings I could give, each out of 3 (3 being best). It was 3-2-2-1-1 so I one of my best had to get the worst score possible while one other at the exact same level the best. It made no sense and I hated that.

We have a wyze camera set up in our living room, it's usually turned towards the wall but we flip it around when not home to keep an eye on our doggy.
