  • Just make it illegal for businesses to own real estate, or participate in real estate markets of any kind outside of strictly regulated commercial areas.

Also make laws that protect home owners not banks... The list goes on... Nationalized food production, making it illegal for incorporated cities to have more than a very small number of homeless.

  • True but think about it like this: He tells Trump that Twitter is way more popular than whatever shit he has, but that's ok cuz he'll cut a sweet deal and they can have Twitter and merge it with all the other ones.

Call it X Squared or something stupid

This is kinda what I thought about when writing the original question

  • I never implied that Musk was a good guy. I think he's a selfish scheming piece of trash taking advantage of another sociopathic billionaire that has dementia.

Trump is one of the only people on earth dumb enough and obsessed with social media enough to fall for it.

  • You're talking about the same companies that own entire local governments. That get to choose the rules they play under in normal situations.

This is like nothing any human currently alive in America has experienced. It's worse than 1800s robber Baron America. It's the same attitude and people with (and I means this literally) million of times greater resources than the government.

The 44 years of dismantling and disrupting any power the government had is starting to pay off in spades.

The reality is, we'll look at my original comment and laugh at how naive and quaint it was. Like people saying "Trump will never win" then "How bad could he fuck it up really?.. and then..
