I get that individuals aren't the problem impact wise but couldn't it be the case that if the majority of people life a more sustainable life it will be easier to create laws that put stop the real poluters bc people are in support of such regulations?! If the majority of people think the existence of billionaires is immoral, it will be easier to tax the rich...
Yeah when I first saw the post, it was white and gold, then I read your comment and turned the brightness off my phone all the way down an now it's black and blue.
But those things stick. I did a geography test 35 years ago and wrote Canada instead of Kanada wich which is the correct spelling in German. In the eyes of my teacher I answered the question wrong and didn't get the point, but I also got a point deducted because I did a spelling error. I didn't lose trust in teachers or society in general, but this still nags me. :)
I haven't listen to this baffoon for a long time, now I did and it's mind blowing that anybody can take anything he says serious. You really get stupider listening to him.
Just a reminder that politico is owned by the Axel Springer group which is a real force of bad for Germany and Europe. Their media campaigns often try to push the public opinion in a right wing conservative direction.
Their biggest shareholder (35%) is KKR (an American global private-equity and investment company) that use the might of the media group to sway the public opinion against climate friendly actions/policies.
I'm close to 50 ;)
