The Touch ID in my iPad mini is very awful, I have to type my code constantly. I’ve gotten in the habit of wiping it often which is helping but not much, I feel the Touch ID on my old iPhone 8 was way better

All three of these functions exist, but only in the desktop app. You can create a smart playlist for your loved songs, and create folders and move them in and out on the Mac and then the iOS version will respect and display it all, but you have to manage it from the desktop. Hopefully they bring these functions to mobile soon

I canceled all my services and purchased all my content on iTunes. In the long run it’s cheaper especially if you use something like cheap charts to follow sales, and I get all the benefits of streaming model while still owning my media. I’m happy!

Care to link me? I can’t find anything about that. Going to vger.app opens the web app, adding it to the Home Screen is a PWA and not a native app via App Store or test flight

Edit: found the app in App Store. seems to just be a wrapper for the PWA, not much better. ill stick with mlem

I’m sorry but a PWA is never ever going to be good enough to replace a native app, especially one written in swift like Mlem, no matter how well the interface is designed.

I was hoping with the introduction of USB-C the pro models might have a thunderbolt port and support a dex-style experience similar to stage manager on iPad os. More ram would have been helpful for that, but looks like I might not be getting what I dream of

Idk but I’m in the US and Apple still sells their cables with metric measurement units on the box, so even if OP is in the US they will be buying a 2 meter cable.

Honestly this is exactly what I was hoping for 😂 I absolutely love my S5 and don’t want them to change the design language (the ultra is uuuggglllyyy and I think the squared off look of the 12 is nice on the phone but would be weird on the watch) but also my S5 is getting real slow and the larger screen of the 7+ will be nice

I use my switch in portable mode near exclusively, 1080p SDR (and usually the games run at way lower than that) are not pretty on a 65” 4K hdr OLED tv. I think most people buy the switch because of the portable experience and rarely use it on a tv unless playing Mario party or something like that.
