Use after free is a form of programming vulnerability.

Another thing worth mentioning if you are trying to do an offline install, some apps have a license verification check that won't let you run the app unless the account on the device has a valid license for it.

There's a few apps out there that can copy the apk, however it won't copy user data, so unless the app you're backing up has a way to export/import (or if you have root access) you will only be able to copy the app itself. If that is what you need, Link2SD has been quite reliable for me for about a decade for managing and backing up apps so i recommend it.

I do quite appreciate the updates stardew had gotten to improve longevity (esp for modding)

IMEI's can be changed. (Which is highly illegal in many jurisdictions) It's not really worth the effort, I use it for when i need a new phone number for something and don't want it immediately tied to me commercially. If hiding from the authorities, don't use unencrypted comms.

Classic shell has been installed on all of my windows machines as part of my "make windows usable" loadout since i was basically forced to upgrade* from w7 to w10

Now if only call screening was available on all devices that'd be great.
