  • posted-as-written the undead fucker has filled it's lair with carbon monoxide. not tainted the air supply, not attempted to poison the player, the lich has FILLED it's lair.

No torchy, no respiration and woozy falling asleep, this is open the door OH FUCK GASP DIE

  • I think you'd know something is off here a bit faster - evil sorcerer is filling the crypt with CO. You immediately will be unable to draw breath, there will be no oxygen in the air. Carbon Monoxide poisoning occurs when there's still oxygen to breathe, it's just got lots of CO.... unlike Nitrogen when you can resperate and attempt to breath until you fall over dead, your lungs don't want to take in CO. It won't be gradual, there's literally nothing to breathe.

  • so you jumped to assume I was the asshole because you lacked complete data.

I see there's lots of that going around so I'll try to treat you with the kindness and respect you deserve.

UNLIKE MR "Hydrogen is made from water. It too can be made from solar panels."

    tsk tsk tsk :D

  • so you don't think the increase in methane is gonna effect this?

I dunno about you, but 'lots of doom and gloom' sells short of utterly fucking shocking temp rises in the ocean, the slowing of the gulf stream and the heat-stroke of a winter the southern hemisphere just endured.

meteorologist Brian McNoldy of the University of Miami called global air and ocean temperature trends "bonkers," stating: "People who look at this stuff routinely can't believe their eyes. Something very weird is happening." https://www.axios.com/2023/06/13/climate-extremes-warming-charts-concerns

I'm not trying to fear-monger but I think we'd all be better off frankly recognizing the shit isn't going to hit the fan, it's hitting it rapidly and the backblast is beginning to impact. It's not doom-and-gloom if it's actual reality people are trying to live through.

  • I just hope 'prompt' artists never forget the tools they're using were built on a corpus of actual artists that were not allowed to opt-out or even compensated to build these tools. That really, really bothers me.

  • perhaps! I can be a judgemental asshole. But I also figured after the first dozen other people downvoted them I'd at least mention it.

edit: no, looking at their post history, I think they have a fine grasp on english, just not basic physics or chemistry.

  • God is like: I don't understand how any of this shit works either, I just tell the AI stuff and it makes it happen. Watch:

    "Make me life."

    "Invent sin."

    "Give the life sin."

"Ooops, dang, that sinful world needs a flood."

  • prop making, sure, it's a tangible creation you sanded painted etc..

oh I think you meant to type PROMPT making. Tell you what: type out your most beautiful prompt. Show me the art in great prompting. Please, I want to see this. Totally open to new ideas, blow my mind mate!

  • it's absolutely not the same product. one is called CS:GO the other is literally called CS2. They're two different games with a shared asset pool. Gameplay between the two is not the same. Game modes aren't the same. Fuck, they didn't even port over the bots code.

I've been playing cs since 1.6, been on numerous raids of Al Queda, I was there when Harambe OD'd you little shitstain. Get fucked lol

  • yeah science bitches! I honestly had a whole rant fucking raving about how stupid someone could possibly be to think that 'hydrogen is made from water' but walked the dog before replying and let it just go.

I do weep for our future though, because goddamn, I'm a fucking moron. So if I'm the one dishing science to the chuds... we're all fucked

  • that'd be one cynical way of interpreting it. Another less condescending take, and I think more based in reality, was that Obama was a senator for a brief time before elevation to the white house. He needed someone experienced in both getting legislation passed and handling all the interpersonal relationships a president must forge - and they got the ideal guy, Joe "I've lived on cap hill for 20 fucking years" Biden. Joe understood the people and the legislative machinery in a way that a jr senator simply had little experience with. Together they made a pretty groovy combo.
