You need to go into your settings and check the box that says "Show Read Posts." It's annoying. I think lemmy should still let you see the posts you create even with that boxed unchecked.
My phone is the first and last thing I look at each day. I use the Eye comfort shield setting (which limits blue light) set to turn on at 9pm and turn off at 6:30am. At 10pm my phone is set to turn brightness down to almost 0%, reminding me to put it down and get some shut eye. These settings have helped me get a decent amount of sleep.
Get up, take the dogs on a walk, have breakfast and coffee, go to work, come home, take dogs on a walk, make dinner, eat, watch TV, go to bed, and do it again.
I work in a bank and have very little technical knowledge about mechanics, software, coding and web design. However, I know a good deal about computer hardware, as one of my hobbies is fixing and building computers.
If you look at overall worldwide poverty and starvation numbers, coupled with medical advancements and indoor plumbing, now is a pretty good time to be a human. Yes, there are lots of problems, but the standard of living (for the average person) has gotten so much better in the last 200 years
It still has some connection issues, like every so often, I get "Network error" and I have to log out and then back in, but it continues to get better.
Seems like a really nice guy, who is good at promoting, especially a restaurant. There was a burger place on a cruise ship I went on recently that had his name on it, they were some great tasting burgers.
