  • No. If I scroll all the way to the left so that I get to the page where I can select from my subscribed communities, all, local etc. by mistake. Then I cannot get back to what ever feed I swiped away from. If I try to swipe right again I end up unsubscribeing to some unlucky community.

Also, it would be nice to get an undo option in the notification toast you get for unsubscribeing to a community if possible. I just lost one without noticing which one while recreating my issue for this reply.

I am on iOS on an iPhone 13 if that helps 🙂

  • This is my main lemmy app.

The one mildly annoying thing that might be a user error on my point is that if I swipe into the community selector menu, I'm stuck. I haven't figured out how to get back to where I was.

  • I haven't looked into it directly, but when the media looks into it every time the tax lists are released (yes, anybody can look into anybodys tax returns) then many are shown with zero in both columns.

Others move to different countries to get away from our taxes. I guess it is because they are'nt rigged in such a way that they can hide their assets or do deductibles like that. But I don't know how the countries they move to work taxwise other than that it pays off for them, or they wouldn't keep doing it.

  • The rich here in Norway have no income and no fortune if you look at their tax returns. But they own huge companies, have multiple houses and cars, etc. Not to mention the ones who have moved abroad who doesn't have tax returns at all..

  • I don't think BankID has any sort of SDK that lets other apps access user data like that? All interaction with BankID I know of at least is triggered with the app needing authentication/signature opening a BankID session to the central service where you enter your authentication and then the BankID app is used as MFA to verify this.

Or am I misunderstanding what you are saying completely?

  • Most kids here in Norway get a bank account with debet card and BankID with it at 13. Implementing a solution to use it to verify if you are older than X years old would actually be less work than your proposed solution, both for the social media site, banks, the kids and the parents.

  • BankID is it's own trusted platform. It is not connected to any of them. I am not sure if I understand what the other person is trying to say. Maybe they are afraid that Google and Apple can use BankID verified sessions to better identify the user?
