  • Nitrogen hypoxia sounds more humane, indeed if done correctly. Otherwise the explosive taped to the head sounds pretty foolproof as well like some people suggested. Perhaps a bit disturbing though.

But I agree, the first step should be to not get into a situation where you're facing this in the first place. But if we have to choose, good to have some options in mind.

  • I heard that story as well; not sure what to make of it though.

If I understand it correctly, the pressure of your blood is gone right away, circling you in an unconscious state. Blinking could be a reflex of the last thing you were doing. But even if you do stay focussed, 12 seconds seems a lot better than 20 minutes. To be fair though, we don't know how long it 'feels', perhaps longer than the actual seconds.

A grenade bound to the head would be more humane then perhaps. If you don't care about the body. I'd go for that if it was offered.

  • Wouldn't a guillotine be the most foolproof and painless method? The idea sounds a bit primitive, but it's fast and effective I'd say.

I'd take that as an option personally at least.

  • The article title is literally "Should I Brush My Teeth Before or After Breakfast?" starting with this exact sentence:

"Brushing before you eat breakfast is better for your tooth enamel and overall oral health. However, if you prefer brushing after you eat, wait about 30-60 minutes."

With the first follow-up header: "Why it may be better to brush before breakfast".

Are we not reading the same article or are you trolling me and am I going for that bait..?

  • Well, I have been doing this for a couple of years now. I brush my teeth before eating in the morning because apparently that's better for your teeth, otherwise you might damage enamel. Or you wait for at least 30-60 minutes, but nobody's got time for that. Just rinsing with water after eating is fine.

Truth is I usually don't eat breakfast, so I don't have to think about it. But when I do, it's this order for me now.

  • Floaters are one thing, but what about the internal electric / static activity you can see, what is that called? I was always way more intrigued by that than some eyeball sludge.

Do you see a reflection of neural activity or something? Just like floaters they're only visible when looking at larger plain things with 1 colour. They seem projected, and less obvious than the floaters but more common in your whole view.

  • The point is, laying all these people off with performance as reason protects Cloudflare in not having to pay extra (which would be legally needed if the employee was not at fault).

This is probably not any kind of proof she can use, but it does make people aware of how Cloudflare operates.

It's understandable companies have to fire people and as an employee you'd probably do best to accept the harsh reality of a business. But if they really communicate fake causes with lay-offs (not only hurting the employee mentally, but also financially bypassing rightful compensation by law), this should be known by the public.

To be fair though, we cannot confirm her statements to be true either. But I think it's an interesting share nonetheless.
