  • Yup! We have the exact same set. I don't care much for this pattern, but the wife likes it, so... 🀷

  • Wrong. And it's just shredded cheddar. It melts because the curry is hot. Have you really never seen shredded cheddar...?

  • It's super simple. Just get Golden Curry curry roux (we use Hot) and use panko to bread the chicken. The cheese is just shredded cheddar. Tastes just like CoCoIchi. If you don't have an Asian market nearby, you can get the roux online!

  • There is no such thing as too much cheese.

  • Those plates look very familiar... πŸ€”

  • Yeah, this one looks sexier than the other one, but both are making me want a plate!

  • Yeah, dude, fuck that guy. I don't care if it's served on a used napkin, I came just looking at that deliciousness. Definitely food porn.

  • Pretty sure she doesn't brown it first, but I get chased out of the kitchen when she's cooking so I don't know lol. It's polish kielbasa, cabbage, parsnips, celery, carrots and onion. She's 100% Polish (imported to the US via adoption from Warsaw at a very young age) and dead set on becoming a true babcia. Help me, I'm getting fat! (Actually never mind, it's too delicious...)

  • It is! :3 My wife is an amazing cook. I'll be posting more of her delicious creations soon!

  • Thanks for including the link because for some reason I couldn't get to the direct image, it just kept loading the page again. Next time I'll try catbox!

  • Oh snap! Thanks again! I'm still trying to figure out this Federation-ness-izm stuff lol. I really want lemmy to take off (to a point, because fuck the mainstream runs everything), but it needs to get just a teensy bit more user friendly...

  • So, uh, how does everyone in here get a nice big image to see, but mine is just a link?

  • Thank you so much!

  • I some two joints before I smoke two joints, and then I smoke two more.

  • Yes, because it's the most prevalent, and because while you can still buy vinyl (if the label even offers it and I'm not strapping a turntable to my back when I go out), other formats (namely CDs) are rarely offered, and I don't know how iTunes works these days, but that is/was also subject to the whims of the platform, just like most any other digital library (ie; Steam, Playstation, XBox, etc.).
