I think land values are extremely high due to a lack of available land relative to demand. Exacerbated by sprawled zoning that nimbys have fought tooth and nail against.

Liberals seem to me to be the most reckless, increasing spending while not raising taxes. They already removed the capital gains tax, and we now spend more on interest than on health transfers, meanwhile we have a doctor shortage.

They just let the future to pay it off, then we suffer like under Chretien.

Ya fair enough. Maybe despite not forcing the Liberals hand on cutting the insane cost of living growth the NDP would actually be better, but with wanting to implement price controls I would doubt it. They don't seem to understand how the Liberals caused it to begin with.
