Sun salutations are an easy, flowing set of poses that stretch a lot of your body. I didn't really take classes but had an opportunity for a couple months to do yoga with an instructor in a group setting and our group had every body type. If someone struggled with a particular pose, there's either a way to modify it or try something similar
The sessions were great. Sometimes I was able to push myself physically, but they weren't geared for that; just chill beginner yoga. I certainly did see progress in myself though, and was bummed when they ended
I advise not to go "cheap" and make sure you get something body safe. (Cheap toys could be made with harmful materials.) Honestly if you go to a sex shop and explain what the need is, they'll be more than happy to guide you to toys that have the vibrations you need. There's buzzy or rumbly types and come in a huge range of strengths and textures
Seriously, they'd be ecstatic to help! And you would absolutely not be the only one
Unsolicited recommendation?:
I'm not sure what you need specifically, but something like this might work? https://lovecrave.com/products/vesper It's small and you can use the tip for pinpoint or the length of it for a larger area. It is rumbly, surprisingly so for such a small device, and has different strengths (and patterns), and doesn't look like a sex toy
I don't know why this song makes me cry every time I hear it. Something about it gets me right in the soul. Also I didn't know the artist or song name so thanks for the link, that is a beautiful video; I haven't seen it before and after a bit of an emotionally taxing day I got a happy cry and I feel a lot lighter inside
I always see signs around "puppies for sale @ xyz" or listed with a phone number, or camped out in a busy parking lot with a puppy pen out. It enrages me so fucking much because there's nothing I can do about it
That, along with bedsheets needing to be changed. But I know if I'm too depressed to shower no way in hell am I going to be able to wash laundry, but at least putting clean (or less dirty) linens on can help
Do you mind sharing the story? I'm trying to get back into reading more and it's easier with a recommendation than looking at thousands of titles and trying to choose one
I don't endorse child labor either. But really isn't that what chores are? When I was very young, my parents gave me a nickel for every specific type of rock they wanted pulled out of the landscaping before they hauled it all away
Kiddos love tasks like that I think because they don't really have a grasp of larger concepts, smaller projects are very rewarding
