Does anyone feel like an actual adult?

  • I’m 59 going on 12. I have purple in my hair and a combined 15 piercings between my ears and my nose. The piercings started after I turned 50 except for the original 2 that I got when I was a teenager. I’m considering either a 3rd tattoo or a nipple piercing, can’t decide which.

  • Spiritfarer, which looks like it’s related to Stardew Valley, but turns pretty damn dark at times. Also Baldur’s Gate 3, Stray and Hollow Knight.

    BG3 really needs to be played plugged in as it eats battery like crazy and also helps with a bigger screen. At which point I might as well go down to the big computer.

    • When we think of thunderstorm in terms of mythology we usually think of gods being angry, sad or at war. I wonder if there are cultures out there that think of thunderstorm are just Gods farting.

  • 8 weeks ago, June 26. I remember getting ready, they put an IV in. I don’t remember anything after that until I woke up. When I woke up I was shivering, but I wasn’t actually cold. They immediately gave me some cookies and water and 2 Oxycodone pills and I got dressed and my mother-in-law took me to her place where I was staying the night.

  • Nope. The ones I’ve seen use their knuckles, or awkwardly use the pads of their fingers. Saying this as a woman who doesn’t like long nails.

  • Cats are thinking “old, slower and about the same size as us…we can take him.” Either that or they’re wondering if he’s tasty (I kid, your cats are very tolerant)
