I am in the same boat. Currently forcing myself to get into D&D even though I’m completely shit at math, creative writing, art, and am not fantasy genre savvy. I want to create a homebrew game for my spouse that they’ll (hopefully) enjoy. It’s been really challenging so far but also a lot of fun.

I deliberately haven’t seen Breaking Bad. I have it prepared for when the dementia sets in. Get to the end, forget I watched it, watch it again, repeat until death.

There’s a timer that starts on your call to be done within, say, 20 minutes, and to get you the fuck off the phone. I don’t think the birthright citizenship issue would clear a hurdle neatly in this court, but it does seem like they’re arguing in two directions. On the one immediate hand, the majority opinion is how individual cases are being used to blanket stop stuff nationwide (which Biden also disliked); on the other, arguing that stripping birthright citizenship is unconstitutional. The former pertains to the case most directly, while the latter is about what the cases are ultimately concerned with and something down the road, but is not what the Supreme Court case they ruled on was actually about. Will it likely lead to problems with citizenship cases? Oh hell yes. But I’ll agree with you that it’s a form of kicking the can down the road, which they do enjoy.
