Theyve returned the hostages right? Did we forget about the hostages?

How many non-Americans died as a result of 9/11? How many in Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries in the global war on terror? I'm guessing a shit ton more than 30,000.

It's only going to increase every day the hostages aren't returned.

Dems need to stop shoving candidates down peoples throats -- this is how a lot of people felt with Hillary.

This might be an instance where a good portion of the country might actually agree that the two major party candidates are jackasses. I remain hopeful.

My plan is to pick a check box without the name Biden or Trump, or maybe write someone in. Being institutionalized into thinking a vote for anyone other than Biden is a vote for Trump is a pathway to madness

There are other choices. We don't have to settle for Trump or Biden.

I'd take the snakes. If you can find the thermostat you can turn it way down and immobilize the snakes.

Here's a guy that thinks career politicians can be honest. These people are a fucking disease that can only be cured with term limits.

I'm not blaming anyone for studying anything. I'm simply stating that the bill for that education will come due and it might be a good idea to have acquired a skill to help pay it if the projected return on investment is non-existent.

Ever have a conversation with people in your local service industry? I live in a major US city and this is a common story:

• liked art
• got into art institute of ___
• now have 200k of student debt
• didn't finish, now work at this bar and another to pay off the debt
• still dabbles in art but can't get anything off the ground

A nice thing about Physics: quantitative reasoning is a highly valued skill in many paying jobs and something you have to acquire along the way to learning things like QED. The end result of knowing, say, if a neutrino has mass isnt terribly useful.

Believe it or not, I have several degrees in physics. I worked in the field for a bit then left for industry. I don't disagree with the premise that diverse educational backgrounds can be a good thing, they are more often than not a fine pathway to being a very interesting bartender buried in crippling student debt. Why not double major in something useful on top of Art History?

You do realize part of their job is to instill doubt, right? It's not a mistake to push a narrative in a trial.

The problem is hostages are being held amongst and below the people. The tunnels are near hospitals, underneath the UNWRA building etc. It, by design, makes collateral damage impossible.

Israel could level Gaza in a heartbeat if it wanted. It would look much different than telling them what's about to happen, in advance and to relocate. I'm not saying it's right or clean but it's not egregious either.
