How about the side using suicide bombers and defaulting to terrorism? Shooting unguided rockets into the general direction of a city also does not scream "good guys", am i right?

Oh i can understand them also very well... but this doesn't change anything. Neither side is "good" or "bad" over there, both sides have very good reasons to keep on fighting.

I think at this moment the total annihilation of one of the two sides is ineviteable, too much blood has been spilled too much atrocities were conducted on both sides.

The thing is: I can understand them.

If you are part of a minority that was trampled on for a long, long period of time, being targeted for anhiliation and now, having a somewhat safe nation for not even 80 years within a sea of other nations wanting to destroy them... well, i absolutely can understand them to ensure their safety whatever it takes. Yeah, it may not be pretty (or to be more precise: Often outright gross), it may not be "fair"... but i can understand that they don't want to take any chances.

I am using rsync triggered by cronjobs for this task now for... well... nearly forever.

At age ten I was coding in Assembly on my C64 and build radio controlled model airplanes without assistance from an adult... so I guess in this case the ten year old should have a pretty clear understanding of his action and the consequences. And to be honest: What did happen? He got wet. Booo-hoo what a tragedy! Would he have gotten a good spanking (would perhaps have happened when I was this age in the 80s), then perhaps I could slightly understand the outrage from his dad.

What about a trip into the smol-web? Perhaps a Gopher or Gemini Server? A IRC Bouncer? Or enter the fascinating world of telnet BBS systems!

I had an account on reddit, about five years old until I finally decided to leave it because i spend an ungodly amount of time there. Knowing myself and my habit to flake on self set goals I thought out the ultimate strategy to keep me from coming back: Over a couple of weeks I intentionally posted atrocious stuff on my main and my two alt-accounts to get me permabanned and burn every single bridge.

For now it has successfully stopped me from wasting time there any longer.
