Those YouTubers have the option to disable ads on their channel if that is truly all the revenue they need, you don't need to make that decision for them

This wouldn't be gross incompetence, it is a standard treatment that comes with pregnancy risks that the patient can choose to take knowing that they aren't going to give birth.
