  • Thanks! Too bad the Orion browser won't sync history & other stuff with Firefox.

  • iOS already allows adblocker features for 3rd party browsers. Both Vivaldi and Brave have working adblockers, but Firefox does not.

  • I know mate, but this isn't about installing extensions. Both Vivaldi and Brave have built-in adblockers in their iOS versions. That is not prevented or restricted by Apple.

  • Yep, I wish Firefox stepped up in this matter, since their competition can implement decent adblockers on iOS, while dealing with the exact same limitations Apple has set.

  • Is the uBlock Origin Lite TestFlight app only for Safari or is it system wide?

I'd love to benefit from it while using Firefox on iOS.

  • I keep my phone in my right pocket and keys in the left pocket. I started this habit in high school in 1998 when I got my first phone and just have carried the habit along, it is the most convenient for me.

  • Despite the negative things in Brave's history, it is currently the best working browser on iOS that has a working adblock feature.

  • I don't mind as those are easy to switch off.

  • Thanks mate! I haven't quite figured out how to use PeerTube yet, but I was able to join Freediverse now.

  • Well done Dylan!

  • Thanks! I'm sure I will, it'll probably just take some time. :)

  • Awesome, happy to see your trick worked!

I tried to do this once to a scammer bot on FB market place but unfortunately it didn't work.

  • I've been wondering about this myself at times. Currently I have an account on Mastodon, an account on Pixelfed, an account on Friendica etc.

I follow these accounts across the federated services and I can for example boost my Pixelfed pictures for my Mastodon community to see.

  • I made an account there today but haven't really figured out how it works yet.

  • Merry Crisis to you too!
