Plenty of younger conservatives already accept the benefits of UBI on the rationale that they're already paying for welfare.
People already arguing for UBI specifically mention how taxes are already paying for them, through welfare systems.Their argument is that it's actually cheaper to pay people a lump sum than to go through traditional welfare services.
Probably not.It would be the solution, though. Redistribute excess to those who have less because there is no egregious excess without egregious poverty.
