I doubt that it’s worth the loss of your soul for most people, but monkey want shiny is enough for many.

I think you need protected ways where no people or non autonomous vehicles may enter. Shy of that, I think you’re right.

I miss the old Tab Mix Plus. I customized that crap out of that thing and it was lovely.

The only ones who can't are those who have that SUUUPER special plugin that they need and they won't look at FF alternatives.

There were people back in the day who thought that the internet was that fancy E on the desktop (internet explorer) and would have their brains melt when trying to explain alternatives. I think that people now have this problem with a fancy G.

And everyone rediscovered Firefox and the world was at ease.

I've never really understood why anyone would want to work there, unless it's really about selling your soul for the pay. They have been known to be a terrible employer from at least the early 1990s, where people famously had cots in their offices and would only go home a couple times a month before releases.

I'm gay, but ok, tell me about my lived experiences or something. And you seem angry for some reason, so I'm gonna go ahead and disengage.

What solution to you propose? What do you envision yourself doing if you are the recipient of several thousand applications for one position?

Did you want their fulltime job to be reading thousand of resumes or did you want them to be an actual manager?

Also stop using those terrible templates that look someone crashed into Adobe InDesign one day.

The hate you got from your comment is really coming from edgy people with no real professional or leadership experience who just hope and pray that everything is like an episode of the Smurfs or something.

Then these people acted in bad faith. When hiring someone, even if you have decided that this person isn't going to be the one, based just on salary or whater thing, you should still go through the process like normal and send off a rejection letter after. Cutting things short like that was just rude and unprofessional. You dodged a huge bullet here, honestly, because you'd never want to work for people who would treat you like that.
