  • This is a bit dramatized especially with “fucking children”. I'd like to see sources to back up such emotional claims, especially the chest-thumping parts eg. “Not own their children”. Families lived together and children weren't treated like chattel. You exaggerated here. "Nearly half of your working days" is an overstatement and labor obligations were typically 2–3 days a week plus extra during harvest (boon days). So, about one-third of workdays, not half. Enclosing timing and large-scale commons stripping were much more severe in the 15th–16th centuries than the 14th. While some pressures started in the late 13th, it wasn't yet widespread. Seems like you've got a strong opinion but flimsy research to back it up. I can see why you had to be pressured to write a complete response. Have a day.

  • stop thinking about yourself and think about the people you hurt. what do they want? would they feel better if you apologized, or worse? have you ever asked them? have you ever owned the damage you did? it's like you're asking us to make you feel better after you hurt someone else. make it about them, instead.

if there's a specific incident you can remember, consider approaching the person it affected and taking responsibility for it. pay for the thing you broke. apologize for the thing you said. be accountable for it, however they need you to be

@lexam@lemmy.world I believe Lemmy.world web (which you can access on your phone via Firefox) is styled so that upvotes look like hearts. This can vary depending on custom styles in different communities, eg. if you viewed the same post from my instance the upvotes are styled as carrots. If you're not logged in, you won't have the ability to upvote, but you will still see the number of upvotes each comment has---> this may be why you don't have the option to "heart" a comment, try logging in first. Also, it's possible the post was locked by a moderator so no one can upvote.

  • Haven't played in a while, but, what do you mean "best composition" ? I suspect you mean for a typical combat. What other comps have you played with/against? I guess I don't know what the alternatives to this comp are
