‘The tyranny of apps’: those without smartphones are unfairly penalised, say campaigners

  • I used a flip phone for a month to help curb my screen time addiction. The number of restaurants, stores, etc. that simply expect it of you to have a smart phone was eye opening.

  • I didn't think so either in my case, but my stomach lining didn't agree. I ended up doing a blood test through Everlywell and found out I'm allergic to a hell of a lot of things. I hope your issues clear up soon 💗

  • Something similar to this happened to me because of food allergies (undiagnosed wheat and milk casein, gastroenteritis for over a week). Can you try switching to plant based ensure?

    • My GF says I look hot when I do chores. Is this just a ploy to make me do more chores or is it an actual thing?

  • I was hoping someone would bring up love languages! As someone who speaks gift giving and acts of service, when someone does something for me or gives me a truly thoughtful gift for me I adore it. On the other hand if I don't see those languages spoken, it makes me feel as though I'm not thought about as much as those I love and it can breed resentfulness.
