Probably went straight to the Meta lawyers’ trash when they received it. AFAIK Musk has nothing to stand on with that case.

Account migration would definitely help. Most new users just go with the largest server because of FOMO and not understanding fully what federation is yet. Once they are comfortable enough, providing the ability to transfe their account to another instance would definitely be useful. Mastodon already allows you to do that.

It was back online a few hours ago. It was down in the morning hours US time.

This is great for making your feed more bearable. The only issue is it will also make the actual clickbait videos with trash content look legit, therefore making it hard to avoid them.

As a teenager or young adult, maybe. But as you grow older less so. Adding someone on social media has never really been brought up in my current social circles. Sure the occasional linkedin invite if it's in a professional setting, but my current group of acquaintances hasn't really thought about adding each other on every social media platform or exchanged contacts other than phone numbers.

While we on here makes it look like there are a ton of people who value their privacy on the internet, the general population by large isn't really aware how bad it is or have the know how to do something about it. The rest who do know don't really care that much.

This might be a good option for me. Do you have to log on to your account to install the profile or can do without?

Does the accumulation over time have negative effects even if you drink the below average aspartame content regularly?
