People know they are allowed to throw out sponges and use new ones, right.... RIGHT? I don't use paper products except in the bathroom, so dish towels and cloth napkins. But I absolutely change out sponges. They go from sink, to bathroom to garage regularly. I say this as a microbiologist.

This will not work for everyone, but maybe also try intermittent fasting. I sort of accidentally fell into it while busy with work until after a regular lunch. At some point I was eating between 3 and 6pm only. Sometimes snacks at night. I can no longer eat a big meal.

Agreed, particularly on the point of want to wear mask, do so. Let's take back what freedom means. Also, I work in vaccine development, primarily focused on respiratory diseases for oh these short 20 years. We all get all the recommended vaccines because we understand what that means. About 30% of us still wear masks, and are always allowed to join meetings online instead of in person.
