• agreed! I've been using KISS since Nova got bought out and have been loving it. i tried a bunch of different ones but KISS had the best combo of features and simplicity to me. will take a lot for me to switch away now.

• very nice! i've been using the fork for a while now, and it's been rock solid. glad to see it will be available on fdroid soon.

• that article is super confusing. the first paragraph reads:

Canada has reversed course after initially blocking a Russian anti-war activist from receiving citizenship because she had run afoul of Moscow’s harsh laws criminalizing dissent over the invasion of Ukraine.

which makes it sound like they allowed her to be a citizen, but the rest of the article is about how it didn't let her.

• it doesn't appear to be easy to do either of those, from some quick testing. Looks like the

tags have bottom spacing which is causing the issue, mainly, at least in lemmy's case. weird.

• i think if you put less whitespace in between it will format a bit better?

• A
• B
• Sub 1
• Sub 2
• C
• Another Sub 1
• Another Sub 2
• D
• E
• I'd prefer it if you don't renew until we figure something else out. I know they had plans to start a non profit but not sure where that's at. Sorry for the inconvenience.

• if it's winter and really cold I'll let the car run for a bit before going. also have to clear ice/snow off the car sometimes too.

• i think this is a great idea! i like the questions, as long as there's options for people who want to answer some but not all.

• this is still being worked on, as far as i know. i've disabled new donations at liberapay, not sure what will happen with renewals.

• FWIW, I'm on 6.5.7-zen with no issues on two machines.

• Sorry for the delay, I talked this over with the other admins, and here's what we decided:

1. NSFL/gore content is not allowed.
2. That's a tough one. Artistic should be fine. Medical/injury should also be fine, as long as it's not wading into NSFL/gore stuff.

Hope that helps!

• it sounds to me according to https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/XWiimote that you might just need to run modprobe hid-wiimote and it just might work?

The second sentence says:

This driver is part of upstream Linux since version 3.1.

• lemmy uses clockwerk i believe, there's a few out there for rust.

• Save On Foods, the one on Regent, I believe.

• found in a regular grocery store in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

• I use youmail free too. I doubt it's very privacy respecting, but it does the trick for the few voicemails I get.

I built my own a while back using twilio and my own android app, but gave up on it, can't remember why exactly anymore.

• you have to manually mark them as "read", unless you're replying. don't think there's a way to change that currently?

• thanks, i dealt with these yesterday, as well as another one this morning.

• no, it works fine on my non-rooted phone.
