  • About 10 years ago we lived near this family that were friends with our family. The couple was a little older than my wife and I but not by much. The wife and my wife liked to hang out, but whenever I went over to their house, it seemed like the husband was very flirtatious with my wife. No huge red flags or anything, just joking a lot and laughing a lot and seeming interested. I didn't really say anything to my wife, but I always had a bad feeling about the dude. I think she thought he was just being friendly. We moved away from there for many years but ended up moving back about 3 years ago. We didn't really live in exactly the same area, so my wife and the other wife chatted from time to time, but didn't really hang out. She did call my wife though when her husband started cheating on her with someone from work. He apparently was very open about flirting with other women and when she found out he wouldn't stop seeing/sleeping with the girl from work. She told my wife that he told her he always regretted that they had as many kids as they did (4) and that it was her fault. So, turns out all my bad feelings about this dude ended up being true. The really crazy part is that the dudes wife still won't leave him, even though he is basically openly cheating at this point. It's sad. He's such a loser.

  • I saw it. It was entertaining

  • These might be popular or we'll known, but I do consider them essential:

Moon+ Reader Pro - Ebook reader

Smart Audiobook - Best audiobook reader I've found

Amaziograph - A drawing app that mirrors you drawing movements elsewhere. It is a really fun and soothing drawing app

  • Even back before youtube guides, I used to use ASCII text guides to help when I got stuck at something. It also helped immerse me in the game I was playing to read about cool things I didn't know about. But if you don't feel like it's deserved, don't use guides. It doesn't detract from my personal experience, because I usually don't have that amount of time to put into a single game or a specific achievement.

  • Entire plot lines hinging on people not explaining themselves which would take about 5 seconds.

  • What movie from last year did you think deserved to be "best picture"?

  • It's interesting that the author acknowledges that humans, including men, are complicated emotional creatures capable of multiple feelings at any given time, and then completely disregards that in her final conclusion.

  • Reckoners Series - Written by Brandon Sanderson - read by MacLeod Andrews

In fact, I'd probably recommend any of his books/audiobooks. His stories are very gripping but also very easy to follow, in my opinion.

  • Tenet. Especially what's happening in the beginning. And I still found no explanation for one of my main questions: why doesn't the person who created the algorithm just destroy it if they realized what it can be used for?

  • Video games, TV, books, music. Usually in that order.

Used to be reddit, but I left that crap during the great migration.

  • I don't want to be around you.

I wouldn't tell my loved one that because I DO want to be around her.

  • I used to live near a road that was called "Old Fort Rd". It was near the highway and one time, this person added a line to the exit sign with white tape so it said "Old Fart Rd." My wife and I always got a good laugh out of that.
