Just an early access update. Full release will likely be late this year.

Sony doesn't own them, they're just a big investor in them.

I'm a BIG fan of Monster Train so this was a delightful surprise. Their last game, Inkbound, was really good as well.

Windows/Linux laptops with 128gb unified memory is gon be soooooo good.

I just hope the other laptops coming out with the 395 won't be as ridiculously priced.

Well, emators are mostly CPU-bound and the Snapdragon 8 Elite is a surprisingly powerful chip. It's doable with a flagship phone.

For the uninitiated

People forget how revolutionary TLOU is. It aged incredibly well (yes, the PS3 version, not just the remaster) and set a golden standard of cinematic games. The story is incredible, the survival horror gameplay is still legitimately good.

Lots of people in the comments are praising the sequel but I didn't like it at all. It was totally unnecessary and the new characters are so melodramatic. The first one's ambiguous ending was perfect.

Also, hot take, the series is way worse than the game. They filled the story with fluff and flashbacks which ruined the pacing, and got rid of the incredible cold opening for 10-15 minutes of sarah running around.

Rumors are that, aside from being a major engine overhaul, they're looking to do a soft reset for R6Siege to attract new users. Nobody's sure what that could mean since I doubt they'll remove characters from the game, maybe it'll be a separate game mode.

Sorry mate, but it sounds like you're absolutely in the wrong and need to work on your anger issues instead of waving your hand at people for not understanding you.

I have a reason for my actions, people just choose to ignore those reasons and misinterpret me.

People acknowledge your reasons but it's no excuse for shouting or lashing out. You can try anger management or trying to keep your voice lower when you're mad, or at least apologizing when getting genuinely mad at someone.

Plenty of devs think it's easier than it is. A ton of games are built on proprietary tools, and then you get into legal hot water on whether you can even give away things like the soundtrack or assets you bought like stock sound effects.

I wouldn't be surprised if they looked at it after the petition and thought "wait, I actually can't open source this"

So much of this sounds outrageous. Genji lifestealing on ult and deflects? Mauga passive healing on point and counting as two people to cap faster? Orisa getting her shield back? Zenyatta double jump and buffed right click?

I get that the game needs a big shake up but it sounds like they gave up on controlling power creep and made everybody deal more damage and heal faster, something they keep saying they don't want to do because OW2 is already fast paced.

Aside from everything said, the best thing about it is that it has a proper story mode. There are lots of singleplayer gamemodes like 1v1 races, eliminations, drift challenges, time attacks, ones where you have to fly through rings, etc.

There's also good progression in that you unlock characters and mods for ones you play, such enhancing drifting or focusing on balanced stats.

I was playing it just a few weeks ago, it's still the best kart game by far. High hopes for this one.

A $40 co-op focused spinoff. From what we understand the game loop will be jumping into a randomly generated world with friends and surviving with friends for 3 days. There's a playtest soon, we'll see how it actually plays then.

So the answer, as always, is ban useless, power-sucking, unreliable, copyright-infringing AI.

That's naive. It's way too late for any of that. If some country decided to ban AI, all the engineers will just move somewhere else.
