Bro. AWS can do jack shit, that's not how it works. You might as well call Toyota next time you see a Camry speeding. All you're going to do is annoy people who in no way can help you with a problem that is your responsibility. I can guarantee they'll tell you you should use private VPCs and entrypoints with security groups, which is what every AWS tutorial starts out by telling you to use.

Agreed. There's lots of shit in this bill that is awful and will take decades of work to undo, but this is one of those terrible things that can't be undone. Once the genie is out of the bottle, that's it, goodbye public lands.

There are definitely starting to be some cases where I don't pick up on something being AI-generated, but that is the most AI-generated-ass-pizza I've ever seen.

I'm not sure if it's fast enough, but the Planck length does reemerge for everyone else at relativistic speeds, so using CJ as the frame of reference, there is a yeeting where he might "skip" the stratosphere like a rock being skipped across the pond.

I just want to say how amusing I find it that a thread full of journalers only consists of very long comments. But overall I agree, journaling rocks. Helps organize my thoughts, and reading week-old entries helps keep my memory sharp.

FFS Microsoft, just put out a functional OS. I even really liked the Windows 11 Beta/RC, but what it became once commercialized got me to switch to Fedora on my main PC and swear off getting another Surface.

I would honestly want the hardware division split as well. There's still an impetus to turn Android into a walled garden there, too.
