Not everyone has an "inner voice". Having one isn't anything particularly notable either. Humans seem to conceptualize there thoughts in a variety of ways and none of them signify your intelligence imo. For me though it is a very literal inner voice. I conceptualize my thoughts using internal words or pictures. I will even speak to myself directly through a sort of dialogue. I think it comes from reading a rediculous amount of books as a kid.
Something that helps me when I am overwhelmed with emotion is to isolate myself, write my feelings down, and then come to my partner and discuss them when I am feelings are more stable. I just write small notes so I can remember but explain them more fully verbally. When it comes to intimate touch my partner will make sure I am comfortable enough to engage or just let me make the first move.
I honestly recommend reading about autism and how autistic people think so that when she tries to explain things they are easier for you to understand. I wish I had resources to recommend on the spot but I can't remembee them by heart
Edit: speaking very directly is also fantastic. Tell her exactly and directly what you are feeling and what is making you feel that way. It is as simple as "I am feeling ________ because of ______ and that is making act like _______"
I don't think a single vegan is expecting animal exploitation to completely end in their lifetime. This will require a cultural shift that could take so fucking long. Despite that, we all think it is worth doing and being a part of.
They really don't amd honestly never did. Less people were punished at nuremburg than there were guards at Auschwitz. Many nazis got domestic government positions within years of the Paris Peace treaties and some got greater european positions of power like Chairman of the NATO Military Committee. Not to mention the many Nazis who were taken in by the US including the Butcher of Lyon who got a position with the US intelligence services where he hunted communists and taught torture. These days the AFD with direct nazi ties and explicit fascist ideology is doing great. Germany was never actually de-nazified
Conservatives are reactionary and that chart is not useful for much of anything. For example, the american conservative is technically a liberal. Well these days many of them are fascists but still. Liberal just doesn't mean what most people think it does
If only we didn't have to permanently increase production until the end of time. Maybe then a shrinking labor, and consumption base wouldn't a big deal. Its too bad thats not possible whatsoever right?
