    No actual journalism done to dig into this to see why. Maybe he just wanted the office, or maybe he's being political and trying to piss of the dems.

    Without additional information, we have no idea if this is a sign of something, or a big nothing burger.

  • Honestly I love their hardware design. I think it's the best out.

    But I love custom ROMs more.

    If they simply opened up their devices I wouldn't care about how many official OS updates they offer, because I would be using a ROM that would keep constantly updating.

    Although currently there's very little interest in ROM development for Sony phones. Kinda like the chicken or the egg.

    Really just want flagship hardware with custom ROMs.

    My OnePlus 7 Pro is still going strong, for now.

    • With the recent developments of Phillips Hue, I feel like more people should look into Shelly devices. I have a few and they're great.

  • I have 4 Shelly Plugs:

    • Two for LED accents in the living room that turns on at sunset and off at midnight.
    • Two for my 2 3D Printers so I can remotely turn them off if I see print failures.

    I rent right now, but in the future I hope to buy and get a few of their light switch and a bunch of relays to turn regular outlets into smart plugs.
