IIRC, the price for a Source engine license is $50K, Valve also has been picky about who gets them these days because people kept leaking stuff.
I joined Fastmail almost a month ago and am really enjoying it, I especially like the integrated masked emails.
I've heard of Startmail being an alternative, it's based in the Netherlands but it's quite expensive ($7/month) and it's owned by an adtech company (System1)
